We are thrilled to get our professional resources and custom merchandise into your hands! Please note that shipping rules vary by item:

1. Course Textbooks & Professional Kits (Free Shipping)

To keep our operations sustainable and our shipping completely free for our students in Canada and the USA, we fulfill these items in-house from Ottawa.

  • Shipping Schedule: We process and head to the post office once a week—typically every Wednesday or Thursday.

  • Delivery Timeline: Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your package to arrive within North America.

  • No Border Fees: For all textbooks and professional kits, we use a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) model. We pre-pay all 2026 duties, import surcharges, and taxes. The price you see at checkout is your final price—no surprise bills at your door.

2. Official Apparel & Merchandise (Flat Rate Shipping)

Our branded merchandise and apparel are printed on-demand and shipped via our partner, Printful.

  • Fulfillment & Fees: These items are made specifically for you and involve a separate flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Timeline: Printing usually takes 2–5 business days, with an additional 3–6 business days for transit within North America.

  • Customs: Because Printful often ships from local hubs within Canada and the US, these items are typically not subject to additional duties or tariffs.

Please Note: If your order contains both a textbook and a piece of apparel, they will arrive in separate packages and likely on different days. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment.
