Refund policy

Standard Returns (Textbooks & Eligible Kits)

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that some items are final sale. 

Final Sale Items 

To maintain our high standards and the custom nature of our products, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Makeup & SFX Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, all makeup and prosthetics are final sale.

  • Custom Merchandise & Apparel: Our apparel and branded merchandise are printed specifically for you via our partner, Printful. As these are custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

  • Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Return Process

To start a return for eligible textbooks and kits, please contact us at info@qccareerschool.com.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping Address: All returns must be sent to:

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@qccareerschool.com with a photo of the issue.

  • For Printful items: If your apparel arrives misprinted or damaged, please notify us within 7 days. We will work with our printing partner to send you a replacement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
